This seems to be describing a myriad of Lovecraftian entities and the destruction of the universe. Nyarlathotep and the Shaggai (plural for Shoggoth?) are from H. P. Lovecraft's horror stories. The piping daemonium flutes and blind idiot god are probably references to Azathoth, also one of Lovecraft's creations.
