Not sure about this one... it could be about how different life is when you are going out at night on the weekend compared to when you are at work during the week.
"hey monday morning" - monday is the day of the week you wish the most it was still the weekend. Hes trying to say that he wishes that people could live like they do on the weekend all the time.
I reckon its about not getting the person you love and is comparing it to other things. Like monday mornings are bad as is not getting your love.
And she goes out alone whereas they could goout together. etc etc

Yeah, i read it again now and its more likely about a guy that cant get a girl to go out with him, even tho they are both lonely and just keep going out alone.

This song is about how he jsut wants to party, and wants to show people how good it is just to enjoy it. Monday morning just brings round another boring week, so he's saying that monday morning misses all the fun of the weekend.
