Lullaby For The New World Order Lyrics
I've a favor to ask, maybe this is a bad time
You know whenever you ask there's never a good time
How do you take your heart out of it?
How can you take your heart out of this?
And how do you stop once you've started?
Somebody gave you a choice
And all you do is abuse it
If God he gave you a voice
Then use it
Here's something to ask if these are the bad times
Because whenever you ask why it's never the good times
How will we get ourselves out of it?
How can you take your heart out of this?
And how do you stop once you've started?
Somebody gave you a choice
And all you do is abuse it
If God he gave you a voice
Then use it
Just a lullaby for the new world order
You know whenever you ask there's never a good time
How do you take your heart out of it?
How can you take your heart out of this?
And how do you stop once you've started?
And all you do is abuse it
If God he gave you a voice
Then use it
Because whenever you ask why it's never the good times
How will we get ourselves out of it?
How can you take your heart out of this?
And how do you stop once you've started?
And all you do is abuse it
If God he gave you a voice
Then use it
Just a lullaby for the new world order

"Here's something to ask if these are the bad times Because whenever you ask why it's never the good times" That could not be more true. Seriously. This song is pretty clear (not like other Matt's brilliant songs), but it's still as amazing as the others.
I believe Matt said this was written to make the cd more commercial, and he wishes that he didn't put it on the CD, or at least not after Pledge of Allegiance, which I agree would be more powerful if followed by Weapon and not this song.
Matt said that about In a World Called Catastrophe, not about this song.
