Three Days Grace is one of my fav abnds at the moment. This was one of the first few songs from them ive heard. Im pretty sure its about someone covering up who they are, someone finding out and then he says im not always hiding from people. But I basically suck when Im not. (thats a pretty crap opinion but oh well. Still a great song)

this song for me means alot different then what you guys have come up with. idk why but it reminds me of my mom...but ill try to explain. "I'll tell you now you can't win this You're way too slow I'll tell you I'm gonna take this Did you come here to watch me burn?"

Im thinking a parent or something of the such is being basically mean, you know like yelling at them about how much of a dissapointment they are and the guy whos singing is saying this verse inside his head. " Im gonna take this" kind of shows that he/she is going to deal with his/her parents telling them off but they arent going to listen because they think that it isnt true.

wow for some reason, I always think of drugs in this album. I guess a major hint: "I'm not always flying". Personally I think it is about this dude who is a drug addict, and somone who he is close to him has conflicts with him constantly. And this person is continually ridiculing dude with the bad habit. And dude with the bad habit is like, "well fuck, stand there and tell me what a terrible person I am.. Excuse me while I go chase the dragon, you can just sit there and watch me self destruct, no, I insist.. Asshole." anywase, that's my take on this song

You got two friends. One is faking who he is, and has been faking long before he met the other guy. They get together and the friend of the faker notices he acts 2 ways, 1 way in private and another in public. he confronts him about it and learns that the guy hides himself not wanting to be embarassed. The friend of the faker wonders if he should burn his friends reputation or keep it under wraps letting the lie escalade higher and higher.

I thinks it's jsut saying "sure I don't show my face all the time but I'm not as bad as you think I am." Like one person is being all elitist ("did you come here to watch me burn") and their jsut syaing that they noth are on the same level ("on the way down I'll watch you burn". fish n' chips Tineke)
