Actually all of you are wrong in an interview he talks about Waterhaul being about his love for the scenery and mountains surrounding his home.

You are right however, Brock is NOT that one sided, if you take his words for face value, you've already missed the meaning to them. His words are metaphorical and always have an underlying meaning.
totally about sex. the chorus sets up the scene- candle light, 'inside your barriers' i mean come on, this one is easy. of course there is more meaning to it than just that, i think this imtimate relationship is something very important to the author because he'll 'be this way forever'. i think this song's sound is just very passionate and does a good job of making you feel the emotion in the words.

parts of the song make it sound like it could be about sex mostly the first line and parts of the chorus. but i also agree with sandl and shados. i think it's either about sex or the struggles of relationships. idk but the song is what you make it. but it's a little difficult to know what the writer meant. i wish the song was longer,it's way too short. but i love the intro-the whole song kicks ass. definetely the best song i've heard by them so far
