everyone likes to be home, because you kind of feel sheltered from everything bad on the outside.
i read some review where they compared this song to weezers in the garage which is fitting. It bothered me though that they were giving him such a hard time for it. everyone has a place where they feel safe so what if his is in his apartment and rivers is in the garage.
My apartment is my comfort zone as well. I can really relate. The song gives the exact feeling of apartment life.
