I Believe In A Thing Called Love Lyrics
Can't explain all the feelings that you're making me feel
My heart's in overdrive and you're behind the steering wheel
Touching you, touching me
Touching you, God you're touching me
I believe in a thing called love
Just listen to the rhythm of my heart
There's a chance we could make it now
We'll be rocking 'til the sun goes down
I believe in a thing called love
Ooh!
I wanna kiss you every minute, every hour, every day
You got me in a spin but everything is A.OK!
Touching you, touching me
Touching you, God you're touching me
I believe in a thing called love
Just listen to the rhythm of my heart
There's a chance we could make it now
We'll be rocking 'til the sun goes down
I believe in a thing called love
Ooh! Guitar!
Touching you, touching me
Touching you, God you're touching me
I believe in a thing called love
Just listen to the rhythm of my heart
There's a chance we could make it now
We'll be rocking 'til the sun goes down
I believe in a thing called love
Ooh!
My heart's in overdrive and you're behind the steering wheel
Touching you, God you're touching me
Just listen to the rhythm of my heart
There's a chance we could make it now
We'll be rocking 'til the sun goes down
I believe in a thing called love
Ooh!
You got me in a spin but everything is A.OK!
Touching you, God you're touching me
Just listen to the rhythm of my heart
There's a chance we could make it now
We'll be rocking 'til the sun goes down
I believe in a thing called love
Ooh! Guitar!
Touching you, God you're touching me
Just listen to the rhythm of my heart
There's a chance we could make it now
We'll be rocking 'til the sun goes down
I believe in a thing called love
Ooh!

The lead singer Justin Hawkins is for a clean freak like myself- a nightmare but he is quite the showman...great song, favorite off of that c.d.
i think this song has a great beat. it's an OK song
LOVE this song. Love it. It's so funny, and the music video is ridiculous.
okay people let's stop being arrogant and pretentious for a sec and look at the band for what it is - a fun, crazy rock band created as a sort of tribute to the great rock bands of the 70's and 80's. I've seen them live a few times, and I have to strongly disagree with anyone who says the lead singer/band isn't talented - He is absolutely amazing on the guitar live - literally carried thru the crowd, playing a solo, backwards, and perfectly - as a guitarist myself i truly have to appreciate it even if most of their songs aren't meaningful or original - anyway i do enjoy the rush of nostalgia they bring to the modern music scene, the big hair, high notes, and sparkly unitards do remind me of the amazing Queen and I like it - if only they could write music like them - now that would be awesome
in the stinking shitpile of music that was the timeperiod that this was written in more than likely circa 2002 - 2003, bands like N Sync and Briteney Spears were impossible to get away from. with that, you heard stupid korn kids and metalheads spouting off things about how love songs suck, and how pop is garbage. well, if youve only heard the kind of stuff that was being spewed out of record companies asses at the time, of course you would think this, but to any true pop fan that knew "good pop," this was sickening. the darkness were baisically saying, hey love songs dont all have to be bad, pop doesnt always suck, and here we are to kick your ass off. at the time i saw this band, i was awe struck and appaled all at the same time, to me, this really was art. i saw the eightees and spandex come back before my eyes, mindless self indulgence singing and dressing style seriously bitten, and possibly the funniest video ive ever seen. to me this is true art and thank god that someone could actually write something interesting in the mainstreem without the help of the neptunes. get this on vinyl, cd, or eight track if its all you could afford, its very good.
This song was on Bridget Jones' Diary! I love this song...I was singing it today in cheer practice. Lol
Ac/Dc meets I dont know what, Its cool.
yeah but its fucking hilarious to watch. its so stupid that its just great.
Actually, I find it pretty refreshing hearing a song like this, and especially seeing a video like that, on the mainstream. I can see this becoming one of those kareoke classics. And for the vocalist sucking...I can't hit those high notes, at least. And I've tried. This song is hilarious. I like this shit.
I LOVE THIS SONG. i don't think it's annoying...and the video is SO cool!!! i don't think the vocals suck...they're just diffrent.
