This song is just another way of saying don't start what you cant finish, dont fuck with me unless you wanna be fucked with back, it's like well allright your talkin shit to me but tell me what would you do if you were in my shoes and i talked shit to you, I WOULD KICK YOUR ASS!!!

I think its more along the lines of Someone being persecuted, and when the mass finally needs him, he says he's through, and having more fun watching their society collapse without his help.
