One of the best songs this band has a written. I think this song is Aaron talking to God, looking back at what happened with his girlfriend and grandma. A perfect album closer for one of my favorite albums of all time.
To me, this song is about how the singer is wishing to start anew with an old relationship. he's telling her that they've learned from the past, and that they can, and should, work things out. simply beautiful
I've met Aaron a couple of times, and he has no problem with making his faith known. This is a song about the rescuing, completing love of God, wrought through pain to become real and evident. "Shine down your love' and 'make OUR hearts perfect' is a prayer. This song is a prayer.
this song is beautiful. from start to end it grabs your heart and like completely rips it out. i love it.
