i don think this has nething to do with 32rd world countries... im pretty sure thas, just like every other song by weird al, it has no real meaning... except to make pplz laugh... instead of lookin really deep and tryin to put together sum intricate puzzle on why he made this song, just listen to it... im sure weird al would say this himself...

Yeah, I think it's just meant to be funny. This is one of his funniest songs lyrically.
al's songs are meant to be funny but he's a smart guy with more to say than just humor.
this song is funny, but at the same time al is making fun of our culture and how everyone is so obsessed with their own lives and how they let little things piss them off while ignoring the bigger picture.
