Fix what’s wrong, but don’t rewrite what the artist wrote. Stick to the official released version — album booklet, label site, verified lyric video, etc. If you’re guessing, pause and double-check.
Respect the structure
Songs have rhythm. Pages do too. Leave line breaks where they belong. Don’t smash things together or add extra empty space just for looks.
Punctuation counts (but vibe-editing doesn’t)
Correct typos? Yes. Re-punctuating a whole verse because it ‘looks better’? Probably not. Keep capitalization and punctuation close to the official source.
Don’t mix versions
If you’re editing the explicit version, keep it explicit. If it’s the clean version, keep it clean. No mashups.
Let the lyrics be lyrics
This isn’t the place for interpretations, memories, stories, or trivia — that’s what comments are for. Keep metadata, translations, and bracketed stage directions out unless they’re officially part of the song.
Edit lightly
If two lines are wrong… fix the two lines. No need to bulldoze the whole page. Think ‘surgical,’ not ‘remix.’
When in doubt, ask the crowd
Not sure what they’re singing in that fuzzy bridge? Drop a question in the comments and let the music nerds swarm. Someone always knows.
Even after listenng to this song a number of times I am still blown away at the talent of Joe Hahn. His skills are truly amazing. Once again, I would like to comment on the piano. It's not too overpowering, but if you don't listen carefully you can't hear it, and that's what makes it sound so good. It's just there. Tough call between Session and Cure for the Itch. But Hahn cleary struts his stuff in Session.
The distorted fading Voice at the end reminds me strinkingly of the Voice of Shodan at the end of the (very athmospheric) Computer Game System Shock from 1992. And, yes, the song is truly great.

a very good track with beats and sounds i can feel inside ...
Mr. Hahn is awesome, he does it again. This song is also on "The Matrix: Reloaded" soundtrack as well
Amazing mix. Easily one of my favorite tracks on the album. Also a nice lead-in to Numb.
For all that Mr. Hahn does for this band, I don't he gets anywhere near the credit he deserves. He is unbelievably gifted, to say the least.

Isn't that harmonics, not pianoing? Anyways I just love this song, it so fits my style.
wild song... it fits in a lot of places. i've always imagined it playing to a scene on some sort of alien planet... super cool vibes. go mr. Hahn!
