there is something about this song (and also "kelly"), where the simplicity of it is what makes it such an amazing song. it's just simple, and true, and very understandable.

i think that when they say "exercise" they really mean "exorcise"..like when you exorcise your demons...tho sex can be a good workout!
exercise can also mean to "act out" like when you "exercise an option"... but ... it sure would be interesting if they had chosen "exorcise".... crazy connotations there... but as for me... sex is a mmm wonderful, beautiful thing... don't exorcise me!
undrmyumbrlla you're right saying "exorcise". If you have the actual CD, the lyrics read "exorcised" not "exercised."
I've seen them live twice since their new CD came out and they played this song the second time and it made me so happy! It's my favorite off of "40 Hour Train Back to Penn."
