this song is really beautiful "Of beautiful sacred things, your imacculate disguise, i'm trading it in for my pride war emblem" -- I think this song is about how pride can be a crutch that holds you down, and you have to be able to put it aside.
i love the 25 cent execution part, but i thought the part before it said "tar and feather hearts"...oh well, i always hear lyrics wrong so probably not.
how have there not been more comments for this song??? it's my favorite song as of right now! i absolutely love all of it...and wokeupinacar, those seem like they are the right lyrics.

these lyrics are so messed up... They are: YOU'D TRADE OUR STARVING EYES FOR A TAR AND FEATHERED HEART... and then its OF BEAUTIFUL AND SACRED THINGS AND YOUR IMMACULATE DISGUISE. I'M TRADING IT IN FOR MY PRIDE WAR EMBLEM... its not a big deal, but if someone's going to post someone elses music they should do it right thats all.
if there is still any question about the lyrics, just go the the further seems forever website, they actually have all of the lyrics up on the front page, but anyways, fsf used to be so good, the songs and the music were what made it. jason does chris's songs well, and jason does his own songs well, but the music on the new cd is just horrible, it is way more watered down, it feels more like i'm listening to saves the day or get up kids, i really don't feel great about listening to it anymore, i am very close to sticking the new cd into the trash can, and sticking the moon is down back in the cd player, the moon is down was good...
I think the sound is refreshing. The Moon is Down is a great cd but after a while they start to sound too repetitive. This cd is good I think. I wouldn't trash it, and I don't get the same feeling you get as with the get up kids and saves the day. I really like those bands too.
I like the new sound. but what happened to Chris? And who is this Jason guy? little background here folks, anything would help. oh and moon is down rocked and so does how to start a fire....in my oppinion and tguk and std rock as well
