havn't heard this song but the lyrics look awesome. "you're the sand beneath my feet" -- i relate to that. he's so infatuated with this person and feels like he's sinking into her.

Such a beautiful song, TSC never cease to amaze me.
I think the sand part is about him sinking into her as someone else said, but also her keeping him stable, just above the water, like sand on the beach.
