Smokin' in the Boys Room Lyrics
(Talk)
Did you ever seem to have one of those days
When everyone seemed to be on your case
From your teacher all the way down to your best girlfriend
Well that used to happen to me all the time
But I found a way to get out of it
Sittin' in the classroom thinkin' it's a drag
Listening to the teacher rap just ain't my bag
When two bells ring you know it's my cue
Gonna meet the boys on floor number 2
Smokin' in the boys room
Smokin' in the boys room
Teacher don't you fill me up with your rules
Everybody knows that smokin' ain't allowed in school
Checkin' out the halls makin' sure the coast is clear
Lookin' in the stalls--nah, there ain't nobody here
My buddies Sixx, Mick & Tom
To get caught would surely be the death of us all
Smokin' in the boys room
Smokin' in the boys room
Teacher don't you fill me up with your rules
Everybody knows that smokin' ain't allowed in school
Put me to work in the school bookstore
Check-out counter, and I got bored
Teacher was lookin' for me all around
Two hours later you know where I was found
Smokin' in the boys room
Smokin' in the boys room
Teacher don't you fill me up with your rules
Everybody knows that smokin' ain't allowed in school
Smokin' in the boys room
Smokin' in the boys room
Smokin' in the boys room
Smokin' in the boys room
Teacher don't you fill me up with your rules
Everybody knows that smokin' ain't allowed in school
One more time
Smokin' in the boys room
Smokin' in the boys room
Teacher I ain't foolin' around with your rules
Everybody knows that smokin' ain't allowed in school
Did you ever seem to have one of those days
When everyone seemed to be on your case
From your teacher all the way down to your best girlfriend

tommy and vince neil were losers at royal oak high that got trash canned. this song could only be a cover
WoW. Didn't know it was a cover. Thanks! It's a GREAT cover, though. Used to be scared to enter my high school bathroom due to the tough girls (who we assumed were trashy:) sitting on top of the sinks as they smoked cigs. In actuality they were foolish because if we wanted we could smoke before school, during our two study halls, and during our lunch period because there was a smoking area in the back of our school. (Those were different times.) Here's info on the song via Wiki: "Smokin' in the Boys Room" is a song originally recorded...

Here's info on the song via Wiki: "Smokin' in the Boys Room" is a song originally recorded by Brownsville Station in 1973 on their album Yeah!, reaching #3 on the U.S. charts, and later covered in 1985 by Mötley Crüe, with the Crüe's version accompanied by a conceptual music video featuring Michael Berryman as the school principal."

This song is Brownsville Station cover. Motley's version is way more fun, though.
