what exactly does the singer say in the soft part? "failling to escape"?
This is probably my favorite hopesfall song.. I can't believe there aren't more than 1 comment! It just has that great sound that I love, especially the guitar in the intro.. great melody.
Yeah, it's one of my favourite tracks too (It's hard to pick one, they're ALL so good...), I especially like the last line;
"Because you feel nothing", he says it with such emotion.
fatmike: if you're talking about the first soft part... he just says "please... PLEASE".. .lol... tho i do see where you get the "failing to escape" thing.. that'd actually be a really cool line...

that very last line "because you feel NOTHING"... that part gives me the chills... it's so emotional indeed
it's my favorite song by Hopesfall definately. i am absolutely amazed by the power of the guitars. plus the end line is fuckin outstanding. so simple, yet so damn effective and emotional.
yeah i gotta agree on the 'because you feel....NOTHING." its amazing and so very true about so many people...but another good line - "lonliness finds us, beneath dim lit lights." for me, this is the epitome of my life. in everything ive ever done that has ever made me the slightest bit happy, the lonliness and the depression always finds its way back to me...but im fucked up, dont mind me ;)
