And I know
It will be
An easy ride, all right.
And I know
It will be
Easy ride, okay.
The mask that you wore
My fingers would explore.
Costume of control.
Excitement soon unfolds.
And I know
It will be
Easy ride, yeah.
Joy, fought vaguely
With your pride.
With your pride.
Like polished stone.
Like polished stone.
I see your eyes.
Like burnin' glass.
Like burnin' glass.
Hear you smile.
Smile, babe.
The mask that you wore
My fingers would explore.
Costume of control.
Excitement soon unfolds.
Easy, baby.
Coda queen, now, be my bride.
Rage in darkness by my side.
Seize the summer in your pride.
Take the winter in your stride.
Let's ride.
Easy, easy, easy, easy, easy.
Yeah, yeah.
All right.
It will be
An easy ride, all right.
And I know
It will be
Easy ride, okay.
My fingers would explore.
Costume of control.
Excitement soon unfolds.
It will be
Easy ride, yeah.
Joy, fought vaguely
With your pride.
With your pride.
Like polished stone.
I see your eyes.
Like burnin' glass.
Like burnin' glass.
Hear you smile.
Smile, babe.
My fingers would explore.
Costume of control.
Excitement soon unfolds.
Rage in darkness by my side.
Seize the summer in your pride.
Take the winter in your stride.
Easy, easy, easy, easy, easy.
Yeah, yeah.
All right.

I like the upbeat tempo of this song...very cool stuff
Really nice song, I once saw this music for what it really was, and it was amazing, but i was stoned and i can't really remember it all, just some mental pictures.

One of the best of Soft Parade album.
This is about a distant, upper class girl who Jim is trying to seduce. The easy ride can refer to sex, or the transition to sex (eg the seduction itself). Sheer confidence tells him he will get her, and it will be an easy ride to do so.
My understanding is that this is a Robbie song, upbeat and breezy. This was a tremendously underrated guitar player.
The song is clearly about a man manually arousing a woman's pubic area.
jim morrison sings "which your pride" and everybody who read a biography knows which witch he knew.
