i think its a song about a time tim or matt was in detroit. It touches on how being in a new city can be lonely, exciting and rough. In a jail cell, probably drunk tank, He meets a girl, whose a prositute, he screws her while a priest is sleeping hence the line "you wanna come you better hurry, or we'll have hell to pay." The song also describs how a one night stand isnt really worth much because its just one night. I also think that the line "500 dollar bail" could be "500 dollar bill" because of the line "she had the money" and "I couldnt breath cuz I got ripped off". However i doubt it because thats a big bill for someone on the streets to be carying. Unless bill meant what the girl wanted for her service, but then why would he pay that amount and if did get ripped off, I think there should be some reference to how he was robbed.
