yeah, as far as i know, it's about the death of his stepson, Dana, to whom he dedicates many of his songs. especially since there's 2 voice samples of Dana talking: "Fuck you... Friday I was freaking out"
poolhall's version of what chino says seems about right, but i thought the first two lines went: "how the fuck am i supposed to stand still? all you motherfuckers out there told a lie, made a deal" but i could be wrong.
This is about the death of Max's father, Graziano Cavalera, who did some work for the Mafia, and got killed by some Mafiosa. The lyrics are about Max's (and presumably Igor's) anger at their fathers refusal to let them know who killed him ("code of silence!? who set you up?!). And the pain bit is obvious.
