these lyrics are incomplete. anyways, i always wondered what the statement the singer makes at the end means. at first i thought it was "Your answer is non secular" but it's a different word.
@80smoviesguy : If you listen to any of the later live recordings (by either DI or the Ads), it's clearly "Your answer is non sequitur". Presumably meaning that Richard hanging himself was not a logical response to his problems, but an abrupt and nonsensical one.

On the EP, it sounds more like "segliter", which isn't a word. But I suspect that's just because Casey didn't know how to pronounce the Latin-based idiom very well.
