They better be serious. Jimmy Ray is a serious performer, I believe he is Elvis reincarnate. This song changed my life as well, it inspired me to write the spin off, Are you Sarah Lee? (Who wants to know)... that paranthesis part is part of the title. Don't leave it off.
Personally, I thought that this was a rather dumb song. No offence to anyone who likes it. It's just a weird song.
