It's obviously about drugs. "Hi-diddle-dee-dee!" refers to getting high and how you feel when you are high. and the "Silver Cane" refers to Cocaine. The Candy store AKA the drug source.
It also has referance to homosexuality.
Pinnocchio is obviously gay. i always knew it as a child. even someone with a wooden brain wouldnt act so stupid.
