Quite obvious meaning to it. Everything right down to the title. She's depressed. She drinks to get rid of it. While drinking and driving she kills someone, but still she seems to pity only herself.
love this song never noticed it until i read the lyrics but i think its about drunk drivers and how they can destroy lives and depression
