I got the wattsville blues
I got nothing to lose now baby
I got the wattsville blues
I got nothing to lose now baby

Time is going on
Time is leaving me
I got the wattsville blues
I got the wattsville blues now baby

But I still love the smile on your face
But I still love the sense of this place
I'm so happy I know I can never leave
Even though my, my brain it fucking bleeds

I got the wattsville blues
I got nothing to lose now baby
I got the wattsville blues
I got nothing to lose

Time is going on
And time is killing me
I got the wattsville blues
I got the wattsville blues now baby

But I still love the smile on your face
But I still love the everything about this place
I'm so happy I know I can never leave
There's a part of me that will never leave

But I still love
But I still love

But I still love the smile on your face
But I still love the everything about this place
I'm so happy I know I can never leave
Even though my, my brain it fucking bleeds

I got the wattsville blues
I got nothing to lose now baby
I got the wattsville blues now baby
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Wattsville blues
Wattsville blues

Don't want no friends
Don't want no friends
Don't want no
Don't want no
Don't want no friends
Don't want useless fuckers knocking at my door
Poxy fucking assholes following me
Don't you understand that I fucking despise
Every single living organism?

I'm dead

General CommentI dunno, i think it has a kinda charm, u need to warm up to it, but it sounds fantastic wen the chorus kicks in, his voice and james' melody compliment each other quite nice, i prefer it this way than if james were to sing it. Nothing against james tho, he is a singing god.

General CommentThis is such a heavy song. It's been my favourite since I was 3 years old. I'm 16 now, and it still has the same impact if not more- it's just pure bitterness. And the lyrics reflect that.

General Commenti admit that he's no (insert lead singer's name here), but it could be worse. i could be singing it.

General CommentWattsville's the area Nicky lives in, which he clearly loves and doesn't like leaving to go on tour (although that's probably more to do with his family).

General CommentNicky Wire do us a favour, don't ever be lead singer again.
i think this song is a form of torture, just no one told us.
