Push Lyrics

Push me out. Me out. Beat me into the ground.
I am so stupid. So pathetic. Beat me into the ground.
I think I lost myself. I think I lost myself. Can't remember when it was I last lost this much.
Push me out. Beat me into the ground.
I am so stupid. So pathetic. I think I lost myself I think I lost myself.
Back in that accident. Back in that accident.
I can't believe all this dumping on me.
All I've been is the nice one to everyone.
I've seen it before and I'll say it again. I often don't know where I am.
I'll pull up the carpets in my head.
I'm so abused by you in here. Cut me a coffin out of nothing. Push. I often don't Know myself...

its beautiful, it just fits the feeling i have where i cant figure myself out and i can find ways in which other people are so immeasurably superior, but that there is nothing which sets me apart

You can be as stupid and pathetic as you want to be, but still the most valuable thing you own. Lose yourself and there really is nothing left. Hide yourself away, push everything aside, bury yourslef in pitty, lose yourself in the world, do whatever: but keep doing it; keep living: why not? This song for me is about finding comfort in a contradiction, finding yourself in nothing but being unable to lose yourself in nothing.

Becoz of this song, I was nearly as depressed as the lyrics suggest (for at least 6, 7 months)! I tried not to listen to it as much.

But then again, this song has succeeded in making me to reflect on my weaknesses and how I can improve myself.
