I like the song because my dad's a huge deadhead(went to about 200 of their concerts) and the whole teenage rebellion cliche. Kind of funny because I also like their music.

In 1986, this was the new rebellion, not the new fascism. Who could deny the hypocrisy of the deadhead lifestyle vs. the supposed deadhead ideals. Plus, this song is funny as hell. Teen Idles were brilliant!
