hes talking about how the next generations punk scene is suppossed to actually get something accomplished as far as revolution and anarchy go. smash cash/smash trash, cash is trash. babies bite back = when hes old we'll be young punks, us biting back meaning us rebelling against our generation as well. when he says the winding ups gone on too long its like hes saying we've waited too long, nothings happened, punks going nowhere. thats whats going on in my head when i read these lyrics, listen to this song
