Don't Be Shy Lyrics

Don't be shy
just let your feelings roll on by
Don't wear fear
or nobody will know you're there
Just lift your head
and let your feelings out instead
And don't be shy
just let your feeling roll on by
On by

You know love is better than a song
Love is where all of us belong
So don't be shy
just let your feelings roll on by
Don't wear fear
or nobody will know you're there
You're there

Don't be shy
just let your feelings roll on by
Don't wear fear
or nobody will know you're there
Just lift your head
and let your feelings out instead
And don't be shy
just let your feeling roll on by

Such a gorgeous song. This is a message more of us need to follow considering so many people aren't honest about their emotions or individualism because they fear being ridiculed or misunderstood by others.

Cat Stevens said, "One of the things about the journey of life, is when you look back and see, pages of the past in a new light. Unless good people stand up to be heard, then fear and cruelty will always dominate will always dominate the world. So it's time for those people to stand up and lift their heads."

What brought me here was the film Harold and Maude which used this wicked track...a truly ungique masterpiece about individualism

Cat Stevens will forever be incapsulated in the confused and lost mind of mine. This song is great by the way! Do you really need an explanation for this one!? Pure brilliance in such a simple lyrics!
