One of the most haunting x'mas tunes i've heard in quite a while...din make it to any album but was released as a single after the Made In Heaven album...also appears in Greatest Hits III....Freddie's powerful vocals are simply wonderful on this track.

wow how the hell can you analyse this song so well...? gobsmacked... erm...i too think it's about christmas although maybe it has something to do with freddie's sexuality coz erm...lets face it every other god damn queen song has that hidden message in it...(to all the dumbasses it's a little thig called sarcasm...it's too intelligent for you)

Of course! "Oh, my friends. We have the strangest ways." That's clearly a reference to homosexuality. His "friends", being his male lovers.

The meaning in this song is simple; it's been a long, difficult year, and now: Christmas, the time of relaxation! Excellent!

Queen are my favourite band, but this is NOT the best Christmas rock/pop song, certainly doesn't compare to Slade or Wizzrd's offerings.
