Right to feel

I sit and worry about the world I live in
A thousand bright ideas and I'm sitll in the cold
I need to know that love is growing out there
A flower in darkness, just waiting to unfold
A simple life, plain living and high thinking
That's what the poet said in a book I read today
I need to know that love is all around me
Like a blanket I hold it tight, it's simple but it's here
