Flowers Become Screens Lyrics
Soaks my skin - through to the bone
Pain is nothing that a downpour won't erase
Rain - you can't hold on to it
A treasure you cannot frame
Rain - somehow I'm drawn to it
I feel engaged, one and the same
When heavens dressing beads off my face
The pain is nothing that a downpour won't erase
Pain is nothing that a downpour won't erase
Rain - you can't hold on to it
A treasure you cannot frame
Rain - somehow I'm drawn to it
I feel engaged, one and the same
When heavens dressing beads off my face
The pain is nothing that a downpour won't erase

If I had to take a guess, I'd say this is a metaphor for the water of life that washes away sin. Christian, Hindu, whatever religion you please. Hopefuly someday we'll understand the molecular mirror to this metaphysical process. From my research and own experiences, and as the writer seems to agree, though you can allow it to flow around and through you, its not something you can hold on to, and those who seek it for such purposes will never find it. Instantly felt deja vu when listening to this song....
One of the best songs I have ever heard.
I love this song. To me it's about cleansing.
this is a really eerie song but it resounds in my head
"God is in the rain" :]
It starts off dark and dirty, and then lifts u up!
Love this song - it refreshes the parts other songs cant reach!
This is a great song :)
