this song I think, is about truly losing a part of your mind from confusion, loneliness, and anger. And letting it sublime into something horrifying and beautiful at the same time. Not to mention it's a sick ass hardcore song
I've always loved this song, and reading the lyrics makes me love it even more. I first listened to As the Sun Sets during a time when I was severely depressed, so I always associate this band with those emotions. How interesting that this song fit the situation perfectly, yet at the time I didn't even know the words.
