This is the only song that makes me want to cry my eyes out lol
I really dig ween's style. They are such a varied band, and this is one of my favourites... It's not as wierd and goofy as their other stuff, but it's a really meaningful song to me. I'm in a long distance relationship, and until I'm move I live 6,000 miles from my boyfriend... He made me a cd before he went home and this was on it. For about a month I listened to it every day... Think what you will of that! I cannot say enough about this song. Love it!!!!!
this song is actually inspired by something that happend to the singer of the band. about his selfishness in a relationship he was in. he wanted things his way and ended up destroying the relationship.

agree with fkr, mostly. it's odd, from any other band this song wouldn't mean so much, but with ween's songs, I feel like I know them as people, they just put so much of their identities into their work.

This song is a beautiful way of telling someone that the intentions were there, they were good but love doesnt know time. It is so hard to end a relationship in a thoughtful and postivie way and the lyrics describe this preconception. I love this song, although it is sad it is beautiful and honest. Ween rocks my world.
ween's penchant for melody is usually covered up by the bizarre and gimmicky aspects of their music, but these two guys are real artists. this song shows it perfectly.

not like the rest of ween's stuff, but i like it. ween's other shit is good too. not legendary, but fun to chill to.
