This is one of the few Helmet songs that have true lyrical meaning to me. It's about being underappreciated and walked over, then cast aside upon speaking out. I've been there before.

Word. This is one of those that used to come on MTV when I was like 12/13 and just changed my whole music experience. Though I agree with @pedroleum on the mocking ego thing. It always felt condescending to me.

This is one of the best Helmet songs ever, I was so pumped to hear it in GTA: San Andreas. I guess this song is just telling people to speak their mind and stand up for themselves before it's too late.

This song is so damn good. Love it. It's the best song to pump out through the speakers in your car while driving over unsuspecting little kids and their parents. Helmet is a good band. Too bad only Page is left.

weird to see all of the comments on this song are within a month of now. I think I got this album 12 years ago and while this is probably the most famous Helmet song, I know it was the song that got me into Helmet.
I just saw them live on the snocore tour and Helmet rocked. Amazing show, sounded like Paige never missed a beat.
