In Kerrang (British magazine) they asked Good Charlotte what the song meant and they said it's all sarcastic. Apparently when they started to make this album the record label were all like "We want another Little Things, that was a big hit! We need a song for the movies! We need another loser anthem!"
And GC didn't want to, because they thought it was overdone and that they'd outgrown 'loser anthems'. So they wrote this as sarcasm. They really don't mean a word they say. The lyrics are deliberately crap because they were taking the piss out of it. That's what the line 'another loser anthem' was about.
And 'shake it once that's fine, shake it twoce that's okay, shake it three times, you're playing with yourself again' is about one or two loser anthems being okay but after that... you're playing with yourself.
Don't think just cause a song's like kinda pop punk you can take it at face value :D

Just heard this song live tonight in Buffalo... not very many people knew the song, but GC still got the crowd going!

Yup I heard it from madden as well, plus i heard it at Warped Tour here in Boston... GC was a hell of a live band... awesome pit and everything haha

i rate there new cd a big fat ZERO, they were resonable but do not, under any circumstances, buy this CD. That is, if you want to listen to good music; if you want to laugh at the horribly written music and half-assed attempts at "emo," feel more than free to download it.
If you dislike them so much why do you find it necessary to post negative comments about all there songs? you probobly haven't even listened to them and are judging them solely on appearance, and theirs is misleading.

i think it's cute how they quote miner threat. minor threat has a song called "out of step" and in thier song “minor threat” it says, “pay no mind to us/ we’re just a minor threat”.
