Gods Hands Lyrics
Hey y'all, I'm marryin' that girl
With the pain and don't lie
Liquify your meaning, but won't
Tell her you miss her, she's with me
'Cause I'm done, you know
but it tastes like mud
Don't tell her you love her,
She's with me
I know you may make her feel a whore
I won't tell her I miss her
She's not feeling sore
Cause I'm gone, inside
but it tastes like mud!
(well I know that you hate me
and that's ok 'cuz i hate you too.)
Leaving here and you won
Shut the fuck up!
Leaving to God
You're a girl
Leaving to God
He might be a girl
Leavin' to God
You're my little girl
Even to God, I'm gone
'Cause I'm gone inside
but it tastes like mud!
(well I know that you hate me
and that's ok 'cuz i hate you too.)
Leaving here and you won
Shut the fuck up!
Leaving to God, you were a girl
Leaving to God, he might be a girl
Leaving to God, to find a girl...
With the pain and don't lie

he thinks he cant be with her cuz he is not really alive becuase he thinks god doesn't even think he is in there
It's basically saying that he's dead and for someone to try to take back the girl they lost to him...
Well that's what I get from it anyways...
I am totally unsure of what this song is about. I could speculate, but I just want to comment on how gnarly the last three lines are.
I think it's a song about a girl he loved but that died. The person in the song has a metaphorical fight with god, whom he thinks has "stolen" his girl from him.
