Enter The Glade Lyrics

Listen to me children
and I will fill your ears
with all the sweet things
you love to hear.
If you are scared of death,
here's eternal life.
If you're down and all alone,
I'll show you a paradise, for you to rejoice.
I'm your wishing well, I'm your only choice.

Enter the glade that I create,
I'll lead you through all sorrows.
Follow the path towards your fate
and I will be your guide.

Bring me all your treasures,
I'll grant you my love.
Buy yourself a dream
or a chance to redeem.
If you look hard
you'll see me in the sky,
reaching out with loving hands
showing you the light, that now is for sale.
Don't you hesitate, but buy yourself a Grail.

Kneel in front of the man who was sent by god,
show your great respect for the chosen one.
Here you have the ticket to immortality,
just how much will you pay for ecstasy?

No one? Fine. There is no heaven, only the comforting idea. Religious institutions are too rich and powerful.

There is no all powerful magical maniac on a self righteous killing spree. Get used to reality.

i would say i would have to disagree with you to some point snelis i think it's more about the corupted that use religon for personal gain more than there not being a god. like back in the old days when the catholic church had people pay for there way into heave."showing you the light, that now is for sale. Don't you hesitate, but buy yourself a Grail" or at least to me

What evidently led me to think that the lyric is about the notion that all religions are just selling people imaginary stuff (for money or personal freedom) with no sentimental value is that they called it ecstasy. That it is just the bliss of ignorance packed in a neat little package and sold for money and critical thinking.

"Bring me all your treasures, I'll grant you my love." This is why I think they are speaking as the deity that is selling its heaven which is supported by: "If you look hard you'll see me in the sky,"....

"Listen to me children and I will fill your ears." = 2 Timothy 4:3, 4 "They will turn away from listening to the truth and give attention to false stories." (false stories = Trinity Doctrine (Colossians 1:15,16); Hellfire Doctrine; Imortality of the "soul" - or something that survives after death. (Ecclesiates 9:5,10, Isaiah 26:14)

"Bring me all your treasures" = Tithing or a tenth was under Mosaic law which we are no longer under. Requiring donations for salvation is not a Bible teaching and negates the sacrifice that Jesus made (Colossians 2:13, 14; Ephesians 2:13-15; Hebrews 7:5, 18). A christian gives out of love not obligation (2 Corinthians 9:7).

"Kneel in front of the man who was sent by god" = Even the Apostle Peter refused this type of treatment because all Glory belongs to God. (Acts 10:22-26)

when I first heard this song, and as I see it today, I see it as Satan trying to temp people away from heaven. The wording of the song is seductive, and that's Satan's main tactic, enticing people with what they want so they give their souls to him

"Listen to me children and I will fill your ears with all the sweet things you love to hear. If you are scared of death, here's eternal life. If you're down and all alone, I'll show you a paradise, for you to rejoice. I'm your wishing well, I'm your only choice."

In the first sentence saying he'll fill the children's ears with all the sweet things they want to hear, it references the bible verse of 2 Timothy 4: 3-4 where Paul says to Timothy "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables." and this verse is Paul warning Timothy that false teachers working under the influence of the enemy would be spreading false gospel and false doctrine to tear people away from God. This is also one of the early prophecies of the end times, as this is later called back to in the Book of Revelation as "the great apostasy", aka the church being divided and destroyed from within and from false prophets.

the 2nd part from "if you're scared of death" and on refers to Satan's false promises for immortality for following him. the tone of these lyrics is as if he is a salesman, and thats oftentimes how Satan presents his offers. He makes deals. And saying hes their wishing well and their only choice is trying to manipulate you into thinking hes the only path for salvation.

"Enter the glade that I create, I'll lead you through all sorrows. Follow the path towards your fate and I will be your guide."

I'm pretty sure the "Glade" that is referenced each time in the chorus means the "false Eden" Satan plans to present to entice those who are lost. hes "tickling their itching ears" again by promising something too good to be true, and of course he says he'll be the guide as Satan uses many forms of media to seduce us (movies, music, television, books, celebrities)

"Bring me all your treasures, I'll grant you my love. Buy yourself a dream or a chance to redeem. If you look hard you'll see me in the sky, reaching out with loving hands showing you the light, that now is for sale. Don't you hesitate, but buy yourself a Grail."

now this section is the one that most people would probably take as evidence that this song is about the Catholic Church. While yes, the lyrics feature references of indulgences and the holy grail, I don't think that its supposed to be meant literally. Indulgences are a terrible thing in the Church's history, but they were done by a few corrupt priests, and don't represent the church as a whole. I posit that these references in the lyrics are symbolic of the terrible false doctrine of "prosperity gospel". those who preach Prosperity Gospel are the type like Joel Osteen, aka false preachers who ask for everyone's money with promises that God will save them and bless them, and in return these false preachers buy expensive cars and jets. Those who teach this are among those doing Satan's work, by preaching something that isnt of God, but is of the Devil who tricks people.

"Kneel in front of the man who was sent by god, show your great respect for the chosen one. Here you have the ticket to immortality, just how much will you pay for ecstasy?"

Now Satan is getting more direct in his approach. the first part, "Kneel in front of the man who was sent by God, show your respect for the chosen one" is a condescending, sarcastic line. Satan is mocking those who kneel before Jesus Christ the Savior

then Satan switches it up again, saying to them that HE is the one who can "save" them. and the last question, "just how much will you pay for ecstasy?", is a foreboding line, hinting that Satan is asking how much you're willing to give up to have everything you want.

Overall this is about Satan's lies and false promises, and that he's speaking to children symbolizes that he goes after kids to influence them. A lot of the programming on tv has a lot of hidden satanic messages that are so cleverly disguised now.
