I thought it was about drugs before i read the lyrics. But now I think it's about being a gambling addict (which i guess could be seen as a drug too). "The higher your luckystar rises the deeper you will fall" The more you win, the more you will play, and the more you will lose. "You've burnt all your precious wings as you had to touch the sun" means you have lost all your money when you were greedy trying to make money.
