I read somewhere that Dez apparently said it had something to do with what Los Angeles was like at the time this was written.. And some other dude said it was about destroying someone's ego. I personally think it was about screwing with a system, "full power up to the point man" and "screw down use the system as a main plan". He also says "Don't fuck with me" which could mean don't screw him over while he screws the system. But I have no idea.
