ok,the confusion is gone now.the fact is this song is to God cuz i heard this song again and after the sec stanza i heard him saying:God help me!whoever submitted the lyrics should look over again.and yeah sully is wiccan.would anyone let me know more about that.btw whats wiccan religion?

I think he is battling some sort of vicious addiction. He tries and tries to stop but he just cant and it pretty much consumes his life. Addiction is like that.
Whats more interesting than the actual lyrics is the background lecturer you hear at the end of the song. Anyone noticed this? What is he saying? What lecture is this? and what significance does it have to the theme of the song? Or was it randomly just put in because they thought it sounded cool at the time.
now i have got some confusion here..........is it for a chick or is it for God.when i heard this song the first few lines made me think it was for God.then the last ones made me think it was for a chick.if its for a chick then i think its to much obsessive.God knows whats the song about!

He is talking bout life and how he gives up because of all the mistakes he had made. He is tha tperson tripping over th esame rock everyday. And alojng with that relationship can be part of this because it falls under category of life.
