This is such an incredible song! You can really tell that early Saves the Day drew influence straight from these guys. They're both from Jersey, go figure.

this is one of my all-time favorite songs. "i can't think of anything i'd rather do than have my heart broken by you!" that is heartbreaking. and lifetime totally got ripped off in saves the day's first album. and they got ragged hardddd for it. when i saw them, people were shouting "play 25 cent giraffes and rodeo clown!"

i think that saves the day even has a line in one of their songs where he says "let the night swollow us whole"... i think it's from firefly or something. i don't know but i'm pretty sure they used that.
