Tell the people
Tell the people that arrive
Tell the people
Tell the people that arrive
We don't need to multiply
We don't need to multiply
We don't need to multiply
We don't need to multiply
Die

Show your people
Show your people how we died
Show your people
Show your people how we died
We don't need to nullify
We don't need to nullify
We don't need to nullify
We don't need to nullify
No need to nullify
No need to nullify
No need to nullify
We don't need to nullify
Die

We don't need to
We don't need to
We don't need to
We don't need to

Ask your people
Ask your people what is right
Ask your people
Ask your people what is right
We don't need to multiply
We don't need to multiply
We don't need to multiply
We don't need to multiply
No need to multiply
No need to multiply
No need to multiply

We don't need to multiply

I think the title X is showing the anonymity of the person. It shows how meaningless a life is to the government. X is always going to be somebody. The system relies on us ‘multiplying’ - without the excess of people lives become precious and that is what ‘the system’ doesn’t want. They need lives to waste. The more people they have the more powerful the system becomes and the more damage it can cause to other governments (more money made by more people and the larger the military becomes with more people) System Of A Down are saying we don’t have to multiply - but we do.

They also say we don’t have to be nothing - we don’t have to be X, in the line; "We don't need to nullify"

Also the "show your people how we died" - might be a reference to the Armenian genocide or it might be talking about how "we" died….. a reference to the countless ‘meaningless’ lives sacrificed to the system.

I think there is an underlying issue that I’m not reaching thou’
