other than him driving slowly in a car, which is probably in some place hes not use to watching cars come and go, i'd it could have a deeper meaning
like things in life are slow, and things are old, life is going by but no one is noticing, you're not doing the things you use to and you've lost your previous friends, but be strong even though i'm of no help
