Know all about, yeah, 'bout your reputation
And now it's bound to be a heartbreak situation
But I can't help it if I'm helpless every time that I'm where you are
You walk in and my strength walks out the door
Say my name and I can't fight it any more
Oh, I know I should go
But I need your touch just too damn much.

Lovin' you, yeah, isn't really something I should do
Shouldn't wanna spend my time with you, yeah
Well, I should try to be strong
But baby, you're the right kind of wrong
Yeah, baby, you're the right kind of wrong.

Might be a mistake, a mistake I'm makin'
But what you're givin' I am happy to be takin'
'Cause no one's ever made me feel the way I feel when I'm in
Your arms.

They say you're somethin' I should do without
They don't know what goes on when the lights go out
There's no way to explain
All the pleasure is worth all the pain.

Lovin' you, yeah, isn't really something I should do
Yeah, hey
Shouldn't wanna spend my time with you, yeah
Well, I should try to be strong
But, baby, you're the right kind of wrong
Yeah, baby, you're the right kind of wrong.

I should try to run, but I just can't seem to
'Cause every time I run, you're the one I run to
Can't do without what you do to me
I don't care if I'm in too deep
Yeah, hey, yeah.

Know all about, yeah, 'bout your reputation
And now it's bound to be a heartbreak situation
But I can't help it if I'm helpless every time that I'm where you are.

You walk in and my strength walks out the door
Say my name and I can't fight it any more
Oh, I know I should go
But I need your touch just too damn much.

Hey, yeah -
Lovin' you, yeah, isn't really something I should do
Shouldn't wanna spend my time with you, yeah
Well, I should try to be strong
(I should try to be strong)
But, baby, you're the right kind of wrong
(Right kind of wrong)
Baby, you're the right kind of wrong
(Baby, you're the right kind of wrong)
Yeah, baby, you're the right kind of wrong.

This song totally means a lot to me since i am in a situation like this now. I really like a guy a lot and we do stuff occasionally but everyone tells me he is no good for me. But all the pain that he inflicts on me doesnt matter because he makes me so happy. The times he makes me happy matter much more than the times he makes me sad and others just don't realize that but this song explains it well.

i really like the line "i should try to run but i just can't seem to/ cuz everytime i run you're the one i run to"

its so true; when we're in relationships like this, you try to escape cuz everyone tells you it'd be better for you, but you just cant leave cuz you need him too much. this song comes a lil too close to my relationship right now.

This song basically sums up my entire relationship with a boy... "You walk in and my strength walks out the door Say my name and I can't fight anymore Oh I know I should go But I need your touch just too damn much " It even has my friend opinion and how I feel towards that ("They say you're something I should do without They don't know what goes on when the lights go out There's no way to explain All the pleasure is worth all the pain")

All the pain of not knowing how he feels is just worth being with him.

Oh and this is my favorite song!

A girl sang this song in front of our school at some assembly and me and a few guys got together and actually played the entire song for her. I was on lead guitar and I also sang the song with her. It was great. We even sang again at a football game "Heads Carolina, Tails California". Not appropriate for a football game I know, but we had fun doing it. But this song is really good and I like it. Especially the movie.

Same ideas expressed in Fitter, Happier are expressed in this song. We're told to strive for some sort of ideal life, which includes getting a good job, being kind to everyone, finding a partner, getting married, having a couple kids, living in a quiet neighborhood in a nice big house, etc. But in Fitter, Happier the narrator(?) realizes that it's incredibly robotic to live this life. People are being used by those in power "like a pig in a cage on antibiotics"--being pacified with things like new phones and cool gadgets and houses while being sucked dry. On No Surprises, the narrator is realizing how this life is killing him slowly. In the video, his helmet is slowly filling up with water, drowning him. But he's so complacent with it. This is a good summary of the song. This boring, "perfect" life foisted upon us by some higher powers (not spiritual, but political, economic, etc. politicians and businessmen, perhaps) is not the way to live. But there is seemingly no way out but death. He'd rather die peacefully right now than live in this cage. While our lives are often shielded, we're in our own protective bubbles, or protective helmets like the one Thom wears, if we look a little harder we can see all the corruption, lies, manipulation, etc. that is going on in the world, often run by huge yet nearly invisible organizations, corporations, and 'leaders'. It's a very hopeless song because it reflects real life.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
