Where I lay my hat may not be my home, but I will last my own
'Cause it's me, and my life, it's my life, it's my life
Oh the world has sat in the palm of my hand not that you'd see
And I'm tired and bored of waiting for you and all those things you never do
'Cause it's me, and my life, it's my life
This sounds like me in a teenagery sulk. But the music is beautiful in it's simplicity, with it's repeated chord sequence and everything. It's beautiful and blissed out

I agree with faded ...
this song is very "swanky" - I can almost hear it in a lounge or something. it's fantastic, though. "i'm tired and bored of waiting for you and all those things you never do"
great song.... ;)
this song is great.. i just tought that it was a little too short.. maybe could have snuck anouther verse in.. but then again... it is her life
And I'm tired and bored of waiting for you
Something about that line has made it repeat in my head over and over in the past.
Nothing teenageish about this song. It's a song about someone who's waited too long for someone who keeps breaking their promises.
I agree with gr1nreaper. And it is pretty swanky very good. Love it.
