The song is pretty much self-explanitory.

Great song. Apparently the 1st PF song with David Gilmour on lead vocals. Lyrics are inaccurate though.

Awesome song. Very swirly near the end. The chorus is "dreamboat queen" not "dream that queen"
Syyyyyyyyyyyyyyd at the very end. How has not one person mentioned that. It sounds very very much like it !!

@TomThumb681 My God... Never noticed this. Believe this is Roger. Starts at the two minute mark in the video I saw; repeated 3 times. Wonder if Syd noticed this. He must have followed their work, & this was the first studio vocal by Gilmour.

No the lyrics are right. This song is so beautiful. Even though the guitar is pretty easy it still sounds good.
This is a stunningly beautiful song, which earns it about three stars out of five. It has a twist about dying at the end, which earns it an extra star out of five. That gives the song 4/5 stars. I am dying to find that fifth star, because I love the song. The entire relics album contains some great work, but this is near the top.
I gave it the fifth star. I couldn't help myself. It's too good.

delish! gees i love this song :-) i cant help but wonder where i have herd this tune before though, i know i havent herd it before i actually listened to if for the first time; its just a spooky feeling i keep having when i listen to it. it reminds me of a very very long time ago, very long ago.
but the lyrics, typical pink floyd stuff: its perfect :-)
