This is my favorite Beastie Boys song ever...but I really doubt it means anything...just kind of the technological sci/fi style they use on some of their 90s albums.
I think its about pay TV. And how eventually people try to steal your cable and your friends keep asking to come over and when they're there, they fight for the remote control.
