"a tine in the fork" means those sharp parts of a fork, that is pointing... to heaven or at nothing =) its related with the treehouse, because "tine fork" is used to take care of the garden, where the treehouse is.
this reminds me of the devil fork! lol

Je aime putain cette chanson!!! and jamais vu means never seen or never saw in french. doesn't make sense though really.
