Yeah, it's about bondage, but I think it's also about wanting something, but now wanting it at the same time... does anyone get me? "it's so unfair/don't make me beg" hint at an unwillingness to go through with it, but "it feels so good/so do it one more time" sounds like he's enjoying it... do I think too much?
