from what I got from this song is actually more of a "grudge holding type of deal" where people hate you for the rest of there lives over some mindless kiddie shit.Just think of the saying "bury the hatchet" and it should come to mind.

This song gives me goose bumps. My favorite pantera song (lyrics wise). The meaning is powerful. I live my life by some parts of it.

It is about the anger felt when people become a parody of what you are and believe in when they dont even know what it is about. It is about having dedication in your beliefs when the fools are just following a trend.

What I take from these lyrics is the break up process of the band. Phil is isolating himself. Talks about southern sons ( Dime and Vinnie ) like they are lords unmatched. He even references how songs sound the same. These lyrics are an attack on the band.
This song is obviously about Star Wars. It is about the devotion that the Rebel Alliance holds against the Empire.
